Kit Components

Battery

The kit features a high-capacity 72V 28 Ah battery, delivering extended range and reliable performance. Designed for dependability, this battery provides ample power for rides lasting 1 to 1.5 hours per charge, depending on rider weight, speed, and terrain.

Battery Box

Our durable bolt-on battery box offers a secure fit and stylish design. It keeps your battery protected while enhancing your bike’s aesthetic appeal. The box is hand-fitted for easy installation, ensuring a solid connection.

Side Covers

Includes customizable aluminum side covers that require painting for a personalized finish. Minor frame grinding may be necessary for optimal alignment.

Disc Brake Conversion Kit

The Disc Brake Conversion Kit provides superior stopping power to match the performance of the 3000W motor. This kit includes:

Right and left dropouts with integrated brake caliper brackets
Hydraulic brake caliper with durable pads
Thick, high-quality brake rotor, rotor adapter, and all necessary hardware
Hydraulic brake line and lever

Note: Welding is required on the dropouts for optimal installation. A Swingarm Exchange option is available for an additional $100 if welding services are not accessible.

Painting is required for this component as well.

Wiring Kit

This complete wiring kit facilitates smooth integration with easy-to-follow routing and setup. The kit contains:

A full wiring harness
Voltage reducer to protect electronic components
Power relay for reliable electrical connections
Switches and LED bulbs for customized lighting and controls

Note: Familiarity with wire routing and basic connections is necessary for the installation. Some additional wiring might be necessary depending on your setup.

Motor and Controller

Equipped with a powerful 3000W hub motor and a premium 80A Sabvoton controller, this kit delivers maximum performance and precise speed control. The controller ensures consistent, smooth power delivery for an optimized riding experience.

UKC1 Color Display

Please note: This is not a plug-and-play kit; hands-on skills are required. However, all major components are included to facilitate an amazing electric conversion.
